Resolution Proposal

The Human Rights situation in Vnezuela is getting worst everyday. In order for everything to become just back to normal it needs to be rebuild in democratic institutions, in particular the judicial branch. Incredible but is true, who mainly abuse a lot of the Human Rights is the government. The breakdown of the judicial branch and no trials nor punishment is the main reason that the government isn't efficiently and are imposed on the violators. Peace cannot be formed because of all these happening and if it there is no peace democracy fails.

As Venezuela continues with the erosion of democratic institutions under Chavez government isn't the best and violence occurs a lot. If Venezuela wants to be a normal country without violations and no crimes they must consist of five important keys. Also those keys are going to help for Human Rights could be repected and not abused. As everybody knows no country is perfect but they can get better and that is what Venezuela has to do by following these important keys.

The first key is the System of Impunity, Democracy in Venezuela is Severly Threatened. In this key is the principal thing of Venezuela, that the government is the first one to violate Human Rights in that country. The second one, Respect for Civil Liberties such as Freedom of Speech. Third one, Respect for the integrity of life. Fourth, Freedom of Religion and last but not least Worker's Right.

In my opinion, the first thing that Venezuela has to change in order to save and respect their Human Rights is the government. Also those people who violate them they should have justice not like is is happening that 98% of people who violate it they don't make nothing to them. Another principal thing tjat should change is the people living there should have more freedom of speech. Life should be respected, it is one of the principal ones too. Everybody should have freedom on religion and at work. If Venezuela tooked this advise and follow it, would be one of the best countries in the whole world.
